Our Litigation practice group represents a variety of businesses and individuals in complex commercial matters. We represent insurers and self-funded benefit plans in federal court actions involving life, health, disability, long term care, annuity, and ERISA matters. We represent other financial services industries as well, along with automotive and real estate industries.

Led by Firm co-founder, Bryan Bolton, our Litigation team manages every step in the litigation process with a focus on collaboration, efficiency, and obtaining the best possible results for our client. We represent insurers in regulatory and administrative proceedings before the Maryland Insurance Administration and the Office of Administrative Hearings. We litigate individual disability claims in state court and in the administrative arena. In addition, we handle complex commercial litigation including contracts, fraud and other business torts, and shareholder/partnership disputes along with employment discrimination matters and a wide variety of matters on behalf of the automotive industry. We also handle FINRA and AAA arbitration matters. We achieve optimal solutions with extensive experience and exceptional attention to detail.
