Brett A. Baulsir is an associate in the insurance regulation practice group of Funk & Bolton, P.A.
Prior to joining Funk & Bolton, P.A. as an associate, Mr. Baulsir served as a Fellow with the Legal Resource Center for Public Health Policy. Mr. Baulsir completed internships with the Maryland Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, the Maryland Office of the Public Defender, and the Maryland General Assembly.
Mr. Baulsir is a 2013 graduate, cum laude, of the University of Maryland School of Law, where he completed a concentration in Health Law. During law school, Mr. Baulsir completed an Asper Fellowship with Chief Judge Mary Ellen Barbera of the Court of Appeals of Maryland. Upon graduation, he received the Paul L. Cordish Memorial Writing Competition Award presented by the National Association of Public Insurance Adjusters.
Mr. Baulsir is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
